the good thing about this one is that you can structure the cycling anyway you want..so you can go low - med - low - med - low - high - low ...or any combination that you like. You should also aim for about .75 to 1 gram of protein for body weight and then about thirty percent of your calories from fat...The theory behind the cyclingi s that it makes your body attack fat stores and not muscle...
You can set my fitness to your protein, carb, and fat intake and monitor it daily...If you do it let me know how it works for you ...I am about two weeks in and like the results...but I will keep ya updated...0
