Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got back to the Y - Elliptical for 45 minutes

What would I have done differently? Not eat so many exercise calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and do the Elliptical for 45 minutes.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nope, not even close! I hate going out of town! :grumble:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I got my "exercise" in by shopping and walking around the mall and other store shops.

    What would I have done differently? Not eat so many calories!!

    What is today's personal goals? Not be so crazy about stuffing my face even when I'm full -- stay within my calories and get my butt to the gym since I didn't go yesterday. I'm having a hard time getting to 120 (I keep staying between 122-125, ugh!).

    Here's to a BETTER today!! :drinker:

    I ate healthy and stayed below my calories for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :grumble:

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have stayed away from the mint candies last night after dinner.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and weight lift tonight.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? skipped bedtime snack even though I wanted one

    What would I have done differently? Shouldn't have let my husband talk me into burger & fries for lunch

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and already did an hour at the Y
