I have cheated in my diet and exercise programme for the last two weeks......badly!! I feel I have no motivation left. Anyone have any ideas for challenges or motivation?
Thanks

Well for me I set weekly goals that I know I can do, once I see myself doing what I have to and see the results I am more motivated to keep going. Once you have lost weight you just want to keep going. Give yourself a few obtainable goals and you will slowly want to challenge yourself every week more and more.0

What helps me get back on track is stepping on the scale or going clothes shopping. Just remember two weeks isn't that long in the whole grand scheme of things. It is a lifestyle change..hence two weeks just part of life. Hope that helps.0

Look at your ticker to get motivated. 20 lbs lost is awesome! You're well on your way to your goal!! Remember the great feeling you get each time the scale goes down or when you catch a view of yourself in a mirror!!!0

Are you just burned out - tired of what you're eating and how you're exercising?
Maybe you need to shake it up a little. Explore nice light Thai cooking - try to invent your own yummy salad dressing, something like that. And maybe a new kind of exercise. Ever done a spinning class? Tae-bo? Step aerobix? Snowshoeing?
I get bored sometimes, and I have to make changes to stay on track. Fortunately it's a big world with lotsa stuff to do,,,0
