I usually do a workout of 30 min on my new balance 6.0u bike and burn 250 -255 calories n then do some arm and ab excersizes n I know what to put down as calories on my workout but I started doing sept issues skinny jeans workout n I am sore I know it should work but I have no idea how much I burned how the heck could I find out exactly..
