Hi everybody. I have been following a low Carb, high protein diet- and to my demise, I failed to acknowledge sodium intake from my meats and spices. Is it normal to literally be 4-6 lbs heavier the next day due to water retention? And will taking a water pill help? Thanks!

For the love of god don't take a water pill. Extremely dangerous if any mistakes are made.0

It's possible, yes. And the larger you are, the greater fluctuations you'll see in water weight.
I wouldn't recommend taking a water pill. Just drink a lot of water and manage your sodium intake and the water weight will go on its own in a few days.0
