Timed Interval Training Anyone???

Who's down to start a full body workout that you can do in your own home in fifteen minutes?

It is difficult but I can guarantee that you will be addicted to these workouts!

They will require none to very little equipment.

If you are interested I will start posting workouts every morning to those who want to be involved and will explain them in detail and go through each exercise through my YouTube account which will be posted in tomorrow mornings post! The first video will explain everything needed for the workouts and how to do them and then tomorrows workout!!
