  • Wow. You lost 59 pounds? How? How much time did it require. I just recently joined in and I have a goal of 15 pounds to lose and with 2 weeks of exercise, diet control, I have not shed a feather even. I need tips and realistic advice.

  • I just requested you be my pal :) Read my profile and you will see it has been over 2years to accomplish this goal...slow and steady. ITS the best way :) My first 3 months I gained 6LBS!!!!! I almost freaked out and quit, but stayed focused and now I am in the best shape of my life! I believe in good nutrition. When I joined MFP 2011 at 152lbs thats when the weight began to fall right off me! Ive lost 37 of my 59lbs by eating right and logging foods on here. Monitoring my carbs/sodium/sugar levels
