IF info??

SO I feel like it is time to change things up on the diet front. I have looked into IF a little and am just curious for more information. I need to lose about 50 or so more pounds, and as far as exercise 3-5 day 30 min of cardio. I am super busy so am paying more attention to diet for now, will this work with IF. Also if you have done it what results and feeding schedule did you do??
I have found the lower carbs seem to wok best so I would assume I would carry this over? Any help and info would be great

This is dependent on a couple things:
1) Do you do resistance training?
2) How experienced are you with following a dietary regimen?
I fast 20hrs, feed 4. Once every week or two I go 24hrs. One pre workout meal and one post.
I do this as it fits my lifestyle much better but I'm nostalgic about breakfast. It doesnt cut weight any faster than the small meals method. Honestly its because meal frequency doesnt matter as long has you hit your macros for the day. You may want to consider picking up some weights.... resistance training is far superior to cardio.0 -
Thank you. I have done some resistance training it seems to stall the weight loss for me though, and since I still have so much to lose I find it frustrating. I am great at following diets. I am just researching as it seems like a interesting way to eat. Seems a little mixed on females but I may give it a go once I learn all the rules. My current eating is 7 times , high protein, low fat, moderate carbs. I am only 5'2" and have lost about 70 lbs from highest weight, with 50 give or take to go.0
