Weekends Are Hard.......

Happy Weekend All!
The last few weeks have been very difficult for me, especially the weekends. I will do fine all week and then blam...... here comes Friday night. I was teaching foster parents classes this week and everyday I at my delicious lunch of salad, not the one served to them (Zaxby's, pizza, Chic Filet) and planned the night before. However, starting w/ friday night, I had the pizza I had been so determined not to eat. Whats more, I usually exercise 5 if not 6 days per week but yesterday, I had to rest b/c I am more tired than I can remember being and so I did not get up and excersice. Then, Today, I did not do ANYTHING!!!!!!!! You know, after writing this, I realized a possible reason. There is a direct correlation b/t my eating habits and sleeping habits. Perhaps I just ate more yesterday and today b/c I was so exhausted. I had no idea I ate so many calories until I logged them. Both Days I cleared 2,000. Yikes.............
Next week will be better. I have so much belly fat to work off before my cruise in September and it takes lots of TIME to get that worked off. Tomorrow, it is back to the pavement.

You did better then I did. Come friday, I ate pizza and donuts, just cause they were there, haha. But as long as you stay on track after that, you should be pretty well off! I hope you have a good time on your cruise!0
