how do i track what i eat?

alot food i eat are home made from scratch, i have no idea whats the calorie in it. for example where id eat green pepper with pork with slight surgar and salt with cooking oil and soy sauce. and additionaly white rice. how do i track something like this?

    Put it in the recipe builder. Add in each ingredient and the # of servings and it will give you the total.
