Hi there, i am 39 years old 5'2 and 71KG from australia and wanting to lose about 10 KG. In the last 18 months i went from a busy on my feet part time job to a fulltime receptionist position. I get to the gym about 3 times a week and am trying to follow @ 1200 a day calorie program depending on how much i exercise that day. I think because i'm small and not active through the day because of my job this suits me best. Happy for any advice and friends who want to add me.
