Taking this seriously

I started tracking my food last year. Not really much motivation to lose weight. I thought that if I could outsmart my body by just counting calories I could lose weight. But obviously that wasn't working out. This time I'm prepared. I'm working out and watching what I eat. I still need some encouragement though and thought we could benefit from each other's experiences. Just thought I would say Hi since I'm new.

Similar story here. I've been working out but not losing weight. I've only recently realized that I need to do both. Good luck to you!0

Thank you, and to you as well. I used to work somewhere that required me to walk and lift a lot and at the same time living a vegan lifestyle. Then everything went haywire when I started working at a smoke shop and stopped eating healthy. I just got back on track, it's staying on that's going to be trying.0
