Ideally something with fruit in it, wholemeal. That's about it. Thanks

This recipe is 126 calories for one muffin, so you'd have to eat at least 2 to get the 250 calories
I couldn't find any recipes I had that have higher calorie muffins with wholemeal, Sorry!
Wholemeal Apple and Banana Muffins
This makes 12 servings.
2 cups self rising flour (wholemeal)
2 tsps ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar substitute (equal)
2 mashed bananas (ripe)
1 granny smith apple (royal gala cored peeled and coarsely grated)
60 grams low-fat butter (melted cooled)
3 egg whites (lightly whisked)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
1. Preheat oven to 355°F , line a muffin pan with paper muffin cases or spray with cooking oil.
2. In a large bowl mix flour, cinnamon and sugar until combined.
3. Combine banana, apple, spread, egg whites and apple juice in a bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Use a metal spoon to fold together until just combined (don't over mix).
4. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
5. Stand for 2 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
