Looking for FITspiration - ladies 25+ please

Hi, I have been a member for a few weeks now and am ready to introduce myself and hopefully make a few friends to inspire me.

I am 32, I have a 4 yr old son and a 2.5 yr old daughter who are my everything. I am managing to go to the gym on average 3 times a week and go for the odd run on the weekend. I love Spinning and BodyPump. Before and during my pregnancies I was doing free weights but for some reason have lost the nerve to go into the gym and train alone.

I want to start doing more free weights again, bicep, tricep, shoulders, back. I have some simple exercises that I do but would love some new ones to spice it up.

On my rest days I am at home with the children in the evening so would like some ideas for 'carpet' exercises.

I want to build up and define, look strong and healthy.

Hope there are other out there who are interested...

    I am a spinning freak! I used to go 5 days a week, but had to cut down coz my body was too used to it! I now do x3 spin classes a week, x2 yoga and x1 step!

  • Thanks for the message, I have started the odd few runs just to mix it up, your body gets complacent if you keep doing the same thing doesnt it.
