AGHHH!!! So for some reason yesterday I was like 145.6 is a huge number to me....why is it so significant????????

I'M HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY BMR SAYS 145.7 IS HEALTHY! I started this journey in June and was listed as Obese, and I wanted to be a healthy mom. I am so please to be "healthy" granted I have more to lose but it really helped me to re-look at my body and actually be proud. I am no longer the "fat mom" who can't run around with her kids. I can honestly and whole-heartedly say I'm proud of myself.

YAYE!! That is amazzzing! I can't wait until I get there (2 more pounds)! It is so rewarding to not only look great but FEEL great!! Congrats!!

Thank you ladies! The OBESE really hit home when I first started MFP, it was a slap in the face that I needed to get healthy.

As of today I have a healthy BMI, too! Woo hoo! (sorry, I can't stop posting that. This has been a major goal of mine for the last year and I have FINALLY reached it!!! Didn't want to start a whole new thread to announce it though).
