The first time i lost weight I found at frirst my friends were very supportive but when I started to look really good they stopped. I don't know if it was because they just didn't understand or jealousy. My best friend that was a bit smaller then my at my heavest told me after I gained some weight back that she thought I looked sick but just never said anything. I'm 5"4 an was at 167lbs at my lowest weight. I don't see how being almost 250lbs looked healthier then being 167lbs. Maybe I was blinded by my success or I never really had her support.
