I have been avoiding signing up forever because I have tried calorie counting programs in the past and failed. So I finally did it and logged my first meal. Very happy. Most sites don't have the food I eat so I end up searching nutrient facts all over the internet just to make a log. This site had everything I entered. Hurray!

Me: Female. 5'1" 165lbs
I have been working out for 3 months now and have not lost any weight. So I am going to watch my calories like a hawk! I don't eat that bad I guess I just tend to over eat. It is mostly an emotional issue. My biggest problem was dessert and alcohol but I cut those back a lot and still have seen no progress. I know I need to work harder at this and that is why I am here.

Currently training for a half marathon and a sprint triathlon. My goal weight is probably 110lbs, but my focus is fat %. I would like to be 18-22%. I am sitting at a very uncomfortable 36%. Long way to go. Friend me if you can relate. I don't know how to use the site yet, but I will figure it out. :)
