Getting fit for trapeze

I've done it a few times (25 lbs heavier) and I know it will be easier just from the weight loss, but I want to tone up arms and abs. Ideas advice appreciated. I'm going to do it in 3 weeks.

How funny, I did that workout yesterday! Bodyrock workouts are great for cardio days, but I never consider them a strength workout.
ETA: Strength training with heavy weights will make you stronger (and push-ups, if you can't already do them) but toning is really just losing body fat so that you see the muscle underneath.0 -
Trapeze is all about momentum. Getting more fit is always good, but not really necessary for trapeze.0

thanks all! Last time I felt like I couldn't do as much as the lighter ladies, but I will definitely work on STRENGTH for the next 3 weeks...should be doing that anyway but it always slips off my exercise to-do list...0
