Processed box cake mix and soda?

    Oh, YUM!
  • thanks for sharing!!
  • Yes and it's a very old WW recipe. I have made cupcakes and mini cupcakes (for portion control.) You can pair any cake with any diet soda. i.e. Diet Mountain Dew or Diet Sprite with Lemon cake. Diet Root Beer, Diet Cream, or Diet Orange with Spice Cake. Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, or Diet Root Beer for Red Velvet. You can use so many different cakes. One can (or 12 oz) of a diet soda, one box of cake mix, and TWO EGG WHITES. Without the egg whites your cakes will fall apart.
