I'm going to be hungry later

Been in the lab testing all day, 0 time to get out for snacks really. Going to spin/gym tonight, burn about 1000cals, protein shake after.

Very little time to prepare food this evening also as I'll collect the kids at 4.30pm, home by 5. Try to entertain/look after/pacify them/prepare something to eat for them and maybe I get to look after me. It will probably be just crackers/peanut butter/banana for me. Then gym at 6.45ish. Spin starts at 7.15, gym after, home by 9.30 if I cut my free weights down (which I hate doing btw!). Too late for dinner, another small snack then bed.

I just know I'll be chewing my arm off come tomorrow morning.

I'm on a rollercoaster, cannot get off. I'm up to 90 as they say in Dublin, spin is hardly the best thing to be doing, not exactly relaxing. But sure hey....right off home from work. Let the home-life madness start.
