Polar FT4 Question

I recently got a Polar FT4. I play competitive volleyball in the summer (sand) and in the winter (gym). I would like to wear my new HRM but we are not allowed to wear rings, watches, etc to play. If I attached the watch of my hrm to my ankle, would it still work? Any one out there ever try anything like that ?

I do the same already. I do street dance, but still want to monitor my calorific burn, so I put the watch in a zipped pocket. Works fine.0

Good to know! Thanks for responding.0

The watch does work best when it's kept within three feet of the transmitter to get the signal properly, so an ankle might be a little to far away. I would do some trial runs with it before you chose that option for a game to see if it's going to work for you before you.0
