New here and just starting out. I'm a 46 year old Christian Grandmother who wants to lose at least 30lbs. Looking for support from those near my age. Is anyone else finding it harder to workout now that you are in your late 40's. I have always had to watch my weight but this time around I'm finding it so much harder to lose the weight....and the workouts seem to be so much harder than they use to be. Feel like my body is letting me down. I'm also finding it hard to stop the late night snacking. So any suggestions and support are welcomed.
