Good vs Bad Sugar?

Options
I see articles that differentiate between good and bad sugar. I know that MFP gives you an overall limit of how much sugar you should have on a daily basis. Does this include the good sugar from fruits and veggies? What's the difference between good and bad sugar? How does it affect your calories? Thanks in advance for your responses!

You're talking about 'clean' foods vs 'dirty' foods. We need to get those good sugars from clean foods like fruits and vegetables, but then there is mrs. Butterworth. Sure she looks all prim and proper on the outside, but, on the inside, all that high fructose corn syrup makes her a dirty girl. We love her because she's dirty and her thick, rich, buttery syrup.
