Rant about men - they lose too easily

My darling man is 6' 6" and at 50+ decided he was too heavy at 240lbs - so the went a on a diet used our rowing machine and in 4 months was down to 182lb. He wanted to stop at 185lb but the weight just kept melting away.
Just for the record I hate that it is so easy for most men to lose - anyway much easier than us older women.
He is also maintaining at 185lb for nearly 2 years now. Grrr....

It's an ugly truth.
My manfriend started drinking smoothies in the morning and lost 15lbs. Jerk.0 -

build more muscle and you too can have a manly metabolism. Since I started lifting I started losing quicker. I thought I was "stuck" and that there was somthing "wrong with me." Turns out there was, not enough muscle for a strong metabolism.0
