FAIRLY NEW HELP? WHAT DOES BUMP MEAN???? AND HOW DO I ADD PICS TO POSTS??? THANKS

    I was also hoping to figure out how to add pics. I have added some to my profile but i hate that I cannot caption them with a date and weight I was in the pic. Bump has something to do with keeping the topic recent i think but i wouldnt take my word for it.
