Good Afternoon- Does anyone know how to calculate the calories burned for a 30 minute Metabolic Effect class or know what exercise I could log that would be similar by comparison? All your help and knowledge is appreciated!

If you can measure your pulse / heart rate 2 or 3 times in the class and take an average there are calculators online that will give you a calorie estimate from that.0

Thank you for your help, looks like I will have to wait until next wednesday to figure it out! I was really hoping someone had a round about answer!
Man I really need to get to my mini goal so I can buy myself a HRM!!!0 -
as it's a commercial outfit you could ask them - @metaboliceffect on twitter
If you're 250 lbs about 125 kg and have a modest aerobic fitness you might burn 13 calories a minute, of which at least 1 would have been burned anyway, so 12/min * 30 = 360 calories extra as a guesstimate ?0 -
Thank you for your help!0
