So I am making my lunch and i am going to have some baked sweet potato fries with my chicken breast. I read the package and the serving size says 84 grams/3 oz/ about 30 pieces. Turns out 9 pieces = 3 oz not the 30 pieces the package indicated. Grrr. no wonder I have been overweight my whole life even though I try to make better choices.

I know, with any bag of fries you really only get a smaller handful for a serving.. I used to fill up a pizza pan with fries.. but now I avoid most fries and just have a baked sweet potato0
