I started in May -- seriously overweight at 5'7" and 275.
As of today, I'm 225! Pretty dang proud of my progress.

Truly you look amazing! So much healthier and happier and stronger. Congratulations on your hard work...it's paying off.....and I am also sorry to read about your friend who past away. God bless him and his loved ones left behind. Hopefully we can all leave a legacy and memories like your friend did.
