I work out in the morning so I can get it out of the way. I get up and workout..no excuses.0

When I would go to the gym after work, I was watching the clock for it to be over so I could go home. Now that I go in the morning, I watch the clock thinking "I can still do this and this before I have to leave." It's a change of mindset for me. I think I am burning more calories now as well.0

I get up at 4 a.m. to get a Zumba workout in before heading to work. I find that my mood is lighter and I concentrate better during the day. :happy:0
