Afternoon snack ideas

I have run out of food at the office and am in desperate need of a snack. The only stores within easy distance are donut shops. I have drank enough water to float away already and need to make it through the next two hours. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just pick the healthiest option you have available. Maybe try having some snacks at your desk or in the fridge at work (if you have one). Some of my favorite snacks I bring to the office are string cheese, triscuits, wheat thins, tuna to go cups, oranges, apples, bananas, yogurt, and almonds! I hope this helps you for the next time this happens.0

umm what do you have access to? Vending machines? Gas station? Does the doughnut shop only sell doughnuts?
I will run to the VM and get a pack of peanuts if I am starving (like my stomach is rumbling and I am scaring teh children). Some of the doughnut shops offer things like an egg on toas sandwich, not too bad.0 -

I keep an emergency box of protein bars at the office in case I'm 'stuck'.0
