Kettlebell calorie burn??

Hey there...anyone have a rough idea of cals burned during a 15 min kettlebell circuit for someone approx. 130lbs?

I log mine as circuit training as Kb isn't in the database. It'll vary for everyone given their fitness level, intensity and how heavy the bell is. I believe the livestrong site said the average is about 9 cal per min...

Probably not much, but wearing a HRM during the exercise would get you in the ball park.0

I ussually burn about 300 calories during a 15 minute session. That said, the benefit of a HIIT kettlebell workout is not from the calories burned during the session, it's the calories your body burns during the rest of that day bringing itself back to the resting state. Basically increasing your metabolism. Hope this info helps.0
