Hi everyone I started weight watchers I was on this many years ago. I started my program November 23rd weighing in at 150lbs I am 5'3 and a half :P I was not happy with my form knowing I can be fitter as I used to be. So far I been on this program on my own with my sweetheart... I started counting my points eating healthier and going to the gym, I am 144 lbs 4 1/2" But omg its not easy I LOVE FOOD!!! I did slip up a couple of times but I have a lot of support and my friend called me and said its ok to slip up and take time of the gym as long as we keep going back and keep being aware... but this site that the same friend showed is the bomb!! I started using this yesterday you can find every food .... and how much calories you do burn! so ladies and gents keep up the good work and I'm proud of you!

Welcome albyleigh. That's the key to keep going, but hopefully keep going for a stretch eating well to reach at least very near your desired weight to not get discouraged continually eating awful if you will several days a week & putting a tremendous amount of effort into working out only to lose very little at a tremendously long stretch or even stay at the weight, because of a lack of dicipline with food, not to mention actually gain.:noway:
