I was recently gifted this set, and I'm excited to try it out. I read through the nutritional plan, and I'm confused. I've recently been following In Place Of A Road Map by eating above my BMR and 20% below TDEE. So in Jillians nutritional plan, she recommends 1200 calories a day. I'm 5'7, 213 lbs, 30 year old female. Would you do the workouts using the TDEE minus 20%? Use Jillians recommendation of 1200 calories? Meet somewhere in the middle?
