Hey everyone,
I have a question. I have been tracking my calories on MFP for about 3 weeks and exercising regularly on my ellipitical ( I am up to 40 mins a day). I have only lost 5-6 pounds (in 3 weeks). I was given a copy of Insanity and 30 Day Shred as birthday gifts. Am I being optimistic that this is something I could start doing now? I am concerned that maybe I should be in better shape to start either one.
Any feedback or thoughts?

Well first, 5-6 pounds in 3 weeks is a great start! You should be able to get through 30 day shred, and after finishing that, go ahead and give Insanity a try. I enjoyed 30 day shred, but it became too easy for me, so I gave my copy to a friend. I'm in week 1 of my second round of Insanity.0
