I have just returned to work after having my second child. I have flexibility due to my profession as a RN, so I have decided to work nights from now on, and I absolutely love it, it works well with the my girls. But it hasn't worked out for my diet or for my exercise. I just can't seem to exercise before work for fear of being too exhausted, and after work is hard as well because of being exhausted. Does anyone have advice? Also eating habits, I've been eating a bit too much because of staying up all night. I'm at home during the day with a 7 week old who sleeps about a total of 5-6 hours everyday, where I nap with her, but I eat in between. Any advice? Thank you!
