I decided to give myfitnesspal a try, since I find it quite hard to manage my caloric intake. I've been stuck at 150lb for at least 4-5 months, and decided it's time for a change. I'm trying to get up to at least 165lb, and MFP is such an amazing app and it makes it easy to see truly how little I've been eating lately. I've already gained 2 pounds (it could be water weight) since I started using MFP, and I'm very excited to start seeing more results, I would say that I want to become a 'bodybuilder', but I also lift for aesthetics.
If your heart so desires, shoot me a friend request as I'd be glad to look at everyone's diaries/get some motivation/give some motivation to others! ;]
thanks so much!
