But the car is not running so no way to make it to Zumba and the pool for my extra 1000 calories of food I usually get on Saturdays. And looks like it is going to be out of commission for several weeks (or most of the winter depending) so it looks like a long winter of being rather hungry on most days :( Not to mention the cabin fever of being out of the house only 2-3 hours a WEEK and a 2 yr old who is now out of the house ZERO hours a week.

I use the Zumba dvd's at home, and if you you put in the effort you can burn nearly as many calories. YOu should look into ordering them.

Between a 2 yr old, 2 dogs, and not a lot of open floor space and low ceiling fans exercising at home doesn't really work. Especially the 2 yr old. I joined the gym for the childcare!

Try 30 day shred. I did it in my dorm room so space is definitely not an issue, and its a 25 minute workout so you can do it while your 2yr old naps.

it wont burn 1000 calories, but when I did it i'd burn about 300, you should burn at least that and its better than nothing!

Ha - while my 2 year old naps! He only naps about 2/3 of the days, and I work from home so any time he DOES nap I get some serious work in NOT some exercise in!
