Hi from Perth, Western Australia

I'm 36 and work from my home office. I've found over the last 2 years it has made me lazy and have a tendency to kill time by eating so I'm aiming to lose 20kg by Christmas and run the half marathon in our local City to Surf run in August 2013 (and also get the last 10kg off by then as well). So pantry and fridge have both had an overhaul and I have the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD to kick start my journey. I'm hoping that by seeing other highly motivated people going through a similar journey will help keep me motivated.

    I have a similar problem... I have a desk job I am at about 10 hrs a day. Ugh! But, I've been working out a lot more and ran my first 5k Mud Run two weeks ago! if you want someone to cheer you on along the way feel free to add me.
