Wow 10lbs makes such a difference congratulations!!! You can see it in your arm, your butt, and even in your tummy! Amazing! Great job!!
I do have to ask as well what have you been doing to loose the weight? I have really working at it the last two months. Had some medical situations and gained about 75 unwanted ;P pounds. Once my changes started to kick in I am down about 7lbs now and feeling great! Any suggestions you may have though? Keep up the great work!
  • I changed everything! All I was eating before was fast food, literally 2 out of 3 meals a day...so I have cut all fast food, I stick to Lean cuisines, Smart Ones and Healthy choice food because its the correct portion size, low calories and Fassssst and still tasty :) (I drink lots of water, to balance the sodium) I go to the gym for an hour about 4 times a week, 30 min weight training 30 min cardio :) And I've just begun taking vitamins and green tea pills :)

I feel you on the medical problems thing...2 months ago I was really suffering, I developed a rash condition from all the fast food I was eating called urticaria and pretty much felt like crap all day long...constant UTI's and just my body was like f you and was fighting me :o Also Birth control made me gain weight. Suggestions, for me getting addicted to the gym is helping me, making it fun and loving it...1 hr to myself for myself :) Also carrying around a water jug is really great :) and keeping track of calories is important, but my new favorite thing tho is my fitbit!
  • Awesome results! Keep it up!
