YAY I just completed my final run!!!:drinker:
I have run pretty much every other day for the past 10 weeks. I have gained both endurance and speed. I finished really strong, full out running up a hill!!

Of course graduating from one program isn't enough for me LOL...so Freeway to 10K training starts Monday!

Congrats! I'm looking for a new challenge after finishing the 5K. The biggest race around here is a 10K in mid-May. I have to be ready for that.

I just looked it up. I think it would be a good change of pace. Did you start at week 1?

Yup I did. The first couple weeks were really easy because I was already running 5K's pretty regularly. It became more challenging though!

Today I'm starting my Freeway to 10K program!!!

I think I'm going to start this tomorrow. (today is strength training) I see what it's trying to do, especially if I really drop the hammer for that interval I can see where it would really increase your speed over a long distance at the end. Which is what I need help on.
