Should I eat all the rec calories if I've worked out?

Today is my first day using the program. I did a Body Pump class and so I ended up with more calories to eat. I've got to the end of my day and I have 260 calories left. Is it best if I eat all the calories assigned to me or can they be saved for another day? I am aware that not eating enough is not good, but it's hard to know given the fact that I did exercise so my calorie amount was increased.

You need to at least have your net calories be 1200 or more. I generally try to eat at least half of my exercise calories back.0

Hmmm - well I just guessed how many calories I burned at Body Pump because there wasn't anything like it in the activities. I guessed 450 - I hope that was right. Don't want to stuff up on the first day!!0

If I have a huge calorie burn one day, I generally split the exercise calories over two days.0
