I just started this yesterday and am so excited! This seems to be so easy and makes me much more aware of what I am eating and how much I am not really moving , when I think I am!

Join the club! I'm on day 6 and it seems to be going ok, and i'm not getting particularly hungry on my calorie intake so far. It has yet to prove itself when i stand on the scales. I've decided not to obsessively stand on the scales though, and only weigh myself once a month. I want to get into a healthy lifestyle rather than obsess about my weight.0
