Soooooo Hopefully this is my last Day One:)

Morning! Heard about MFP about 1.5 yr ago and got an account immediately. Didn't really use it, thought about it but nothing happened. Fast forward to last night, I peeked in my account played around with some realistic numbers and my motivation is renewed. This morning I have plugged in my breakfast items (as a goal not yet consumed) so that my numbers work out calorie wise. I'm heading out to the track for my first brisk walk - intentionally!
