That's great that you figured out what works for you! That's the best anyone can do. It takes time and dedication but you've proven that it pays off!
  • You have done an amazing job! That darn scale has been my enemy....lol! I am currently in month 4 of insanity and the scale didn't budge until 3 weeks ago.haha! I kept going because I felt great!
Thank you too for sharing about lifting weights, I started doing this in month three and it has been the most exhilarating exercise!

I do have one question though. What does 30DS and C25K mean?

Thank you so much for this post. I'm 3 workouts away from finishing phase I of new rules, but the scale hasn't moved a bit and I was really getting discourage. This helps a lot. If I can make half the change to my body you have, I would be happy.

    I will keep at it.

On the bright side I did 25 standard pushes last night which wasn't even a possibility a few weeks ago!

As a side note. - I work out at home and when doing squats I'm having problems getting the bar back over my head as I finish the set. Its quite embarrassing. I guess I'll have to have my husband spot me when I'm doing the squats.

I just want to say that you are HOT!!

I admire your determination and drive, but I also want to say that it is quite admirable that you served as a surrogate 4x! That is quite amazing! There is much more to you than I ever realized.

Congrats on your loss and thank you for posting!

Absolutely amazing job! Inspiring. After losing 34 so far myself, I decided I am more concerned with getting physically fit, than I amabout the number on the scale. I haven't lost in a while, but I can run miles now, not just seconds. The scale is not always that important!

kiki is my doctor LOL- she has given me an answer that no doctor could-
I grew up a very healthy child, low cal diets took the heck out of my immunity.i repeatedly started having sinuses, allergies, gas, bloating, aneamia, falling hair, heavy period, breaking nails,PMS-no doctor was able to help me with this.

Kiki has given the prescription-"EAT MORE":flowerforyou:
I feel so better now,im back in my element of health.:drinker:

I gained weight each and every time I upped my calories but gaining weight and gaining fat is 2 very different things.

I understand they're very different but your weight still came done instead of a constant gain. You didn't decrease your calories following the weight gain? Did the weight gain last only a short while?

This is all very confusing to me but I'm glad that it worked out for you! I'm going to continue eating 1200 or so calories a day and doing my little c25k program. I hope it works!

Thank you everyone for the very nice compliments. The main reason why I wanted to publish my story is to remember everyone that it take time, patience and dedication. So many get discourage because they want results now........but time will pass whether you do it or you don't. In 1-2-3 years from now, you can be closer to what you want or farther.
