Protein Powder and Multivitamin

Are you still taking a multivitamin if you are also adding protein powder to your diet? It seems there are a lot of nutrients in the powder.

Depends on the powder - some have a lot of vitamins added to be meal replacements, some don't. I take a multivitamin and the protein powder because it's easier than trying to figure out what nutrients they overlap in.0

I use Shakeology so there is no need for multivitamins as it's the healthiest food stuff on the planet0

My protein powder is just protein, not a meal replacement. I take Womens One-A-Day and a fish oil supplement.0

i take vitamins and protein powders, not sure of all the nutritional stuff in my powder (too lazy to read) so i take vitamins too. i may just like giving GNC all my money0
