Flabby arms

Alright so I just finished watching a segment on Embarrassing Bodies about flabby arms, that scared the *kitten* out of me.
The conversation:
"I've tried to get rid of them, nothing works! I've lost 13stone"
"Only cosmetic surgery will work."
WHAT?! Is this true? The ladies arms looked a bit like this, although not as bad.

And I have flabby arms (not to this extent), and I thought that losing body fat would get rid of them. So am I wrong, or is the TV once again messing with my impressionable young mind?

i have flabby arms - NOTHING like that pic though. loosing weight is helping and arm toning exercises with weights is also helping (i'm starting to notice more definition and less flab). tv bad, exercise with weights good.0
