I am lifting weights, doing push ups (yes man and female style {female when my wrist starts acting up}) and various other arm exercises. Does anyone have suggestions to help get rid of the ugly things?

You cannot spot reduce fat. Continue to eat at a calorie deficit and continue to exercise and as your body loses fat you will eventually lose fat on your arms.
Unfortunately, you cannot control where fat is lost.0 -
-.- I know but I hate how they still look.

Just keep going. Your ticker shows that you still have plenty of weight to go. The fat will continue to go away as you lose the weight. Patience....
Mine is just now starting to go. My hands got skinnier first. Yep, my hands!0 -
Just keep it up and try to do a variety of exercises. I do crossfit, yoga, spinning, cycling, walking, jogging, etc and I think the variety of workouts is what really has worked for me!0
