Coffee vs black tea vs green tea

Which do you prefer and why? And how do you take yours?

I love black tea with a splash of milk (or coconut milk or soy) or green tea just plain. Both feel healthy to me and I just enjoy the taste and little bit of caffeine! I will have a coffee on occasion but to be honest sometimes I feel more tired after drinking it so I try to stay away.

    Black coffee to start my day. Green tea (and water) through out my day. It helps chase away the hunger. Then dessert after dinner is usually Earl Greyer tea with a touch of Stevia.

    I used to drink coffee all day but while I enjoy the taste, I don't like how it leaves me feeling so one cup is plenty for me.
