CELLULITE

I am only 18 years old, I am a pear-shape, and I am perfectly happy with my body except for the fact that I have some cellulite on my outer and back thighs. Can someone give me ANY hope or ANY tips that will help me to reduce my cellulite. I am so self concious while wearing shorts/bathing suits in the summer. My boyfriend tells me it isn't noticible, but I know he is only trying to be polite, I've caught him looking at it before. :(

MOST women have cellulite(I think I've read 70% somewhere). For me, the most productive use of my time to help reduce it was when I started strength training-squats especially. But every body is different. Try eating at a calorie deficit and start lunges, squats, etc. I've also seen some women here have great success with Brazilian Butt Lift. I'm actually considering getting that series myself.

Any chance he's looking at your butt? Boys do that, and I know that if I'm sensitive about something, I can often misinterpret people's glances.

That said, I agree with previous posters that muscle tone can do a lot to hide cellulite. Work those legs!

I was thinking this as well. I've had 2 kids, packed on 25 pounds since my DH and I started dating 15 years ago. He still checks out my butt ALL. THE. TIME. Boys don't care;-)

Weight lifting has all but removed the cellulite from the backs of my legs. I am 8 pounds heavier than I was with cellulite (went from 105 -> 113) but my legs look 100x better! Deadlifts rock!

dead lifts rock so do most lower body exercises...leg curls, squats, plie squats, step ups, lunges...the list goes on! my favorite is one leg sit downs. they kill my butt and thighs! i've also read that regularly massaging the cellulite areas helps to break down the fatty deposits that cause the cellulite. it doesn't get RID of fat but more like smooths out the lumpies!

Take a proper diet food and go for morning walk. Do some exercise that will help you to remove the cellulite

I eat pretty clean (80%) of the time, lift heavy...deadlifts, squats, lunges, drink plenty of water...but my seems to be getting worse?!
