How do you estimate your level of biking to input into the tracker? I'm a beginner so I don't really know how to gauge how much effort/speed, etc. I am putting out. TIA

    If you have the luxury of a heart rate monitor, definitely the easiest route to log calories burned

    Otherwise while riding, take your heart rate. Assuming the same effort the entire ride, take total time ridden and that HR and enter into a Heart Rate Based calorie burned calculator.
